- Account Registration & Login

  - Apple Sign-In: When you sign up with your Apple ID, we receive a privacy-protected email address and a device identifier to authenticate your account.

  - Guest Mode: For temporary access, we collect your device model, operating system version, and an anonymous session ID, which is automatically deleted after seven days of inactivity.

 

- Social Interaction Services

  - Text and Video Chat: We process and encrypt chat content (text, audio, video) in real time. We also log metadata (such as timestamps, device details, and network conditions) to maintain service stability and support moderation.

  - Security Monitoring: Automated systems analyze metadata (including message frequency and approximate location) to detect fraud or abuse. We do not track precise, real-time locations.

 

1.2 Optional Information for Service Enhancement

- Usage Analytics: De-identified analytics (feature usage, clickstream data, session durations, crash logs) collected via Google Firebase SDK for statistical and product improvement purposes.

- Device Details: Information like hardware model, OS version, screen resolution, and carrier to troubleshoot compatibility issues.

 

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use the following technologies to maintain functionality and improve your experience:

- Session Cookies: Keep you logged in; expire when you close the app or browser.

- Local Storage: Save preferences such as language settings and draft content on your device; we cannot access this data remotely.

 

You may disable cookies or clear local storage in your device settings, but certain features may become unavailable.

We do “not” sell your personal data. We only share information in the following cases:

- Cloud Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS) processes chat logs and files in ISO 27001-certified data centers under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

- Content Moderation: Third-party auditors review flagged content (e.g., violent or illicit material) solely to comply with legal requirements.

We may disclose your personal information if required by valid court orders, subpoenas, or government requests.

We employ a combination of technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information:

- Encryption: SSL/TLS for data in transit; end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for video chats, accessible only to participants.

- Password Protections: Salted hashing for stored passwords, if applicable.

5. Your Rights

5.1 Access and Correction

You can update your profile information (username, bio, profile picture) by going to Profile > Edit.

 

5.2 Account Deletion

- Registered Users: Request deletion under “Settings > Account Security > Delete Account”. We process requests within 15 business days, after which your data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

- Guest Users: Guest data is automatically purged after seven days of inactivity. You can also clear cached data manually via “Settings > Privacy > Clear Cache”.

 

5.3 Opt-Out of Personalized Recommendations

You can disable interest-based ads and personalized recommendations under “Settings > Privacy > Personalized Recommendations”.

 

6. MinorsInformation Protection

Our Services are restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available through the Service. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal data, we will take steps to terminate that persons registration and delete their profile information from our Services. If we do delete a Profile because you violated our no children rule, we may retain basic account and profile information to ensure that you do not try to get around our rules by creating a new profile.

We will notify you of any material changes that reduce your rights via in-app banners, push notifications, or registered email.
